On Friday evenings, I’ll play a game and answer questions about anything, from politics to languages.
Whatever game I end up playing, I am secretly hoping something blows up. Ideally not me.

Saturdays at noon, I’ll play Elite: Dangerous for a while, grinding for whatever needs to be done next for the Intergalactic Astronomical Union.

I’m learning Ableton Live and trying to make some music using the neat software and hardware that I’ve bought to get the job done. If you are already a pro at this, please drop by and help. I am making some progress, but I could use your advice. I’m not sure there’s much of an audience for this, but if it interests you, let me know

A New Democracy
With everything that has been happening since 2008, the 2016 US elections, and the most recent virus pandemic, I have thought about how we could create a better social order, a democratic framework that will ultimately improve on what most people agree is a corrupt system. But most of the one-man manifestos have turned out to be disasters. I don’t have all the answers, so I thought maybe we could discuss and challenge each other. Ultimately I’d like this to be a debate website supported by people who know what they’re talking about in terms of social science, psychology and politics. (Without the typical left-right blame game)
